Established in 2002, the Village at Sunnyslope Condominium Owners’ Association, Inc., is a 110-unit self-managed condominium association of 110 ranch style, side-by-side units in fifty-five buildings located in Hartford, Wisconsin. Overlooking Holy Hill in the Kettle Moraine area of Washington County, we are minutes for downtown Hartford and a short drive from West Bend and Menomonee Falls.
While most of our residents are over 55 years old, we are not an age restricted community. There are several social groups including various card playing clubs, a book club, friendly golf league, and a casual discussion coffee group. The association has a community building with a capacity of 87 people and is where many of our social groups meet. Association members may rent the building for parties.
